Quantity Surveyor
Role Overview
You will own cost estimation, BOQ preparation and commercial control across our active projects, working closely with the project managers and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and tender documentation.
Measure and value completed work for interim payments.
Track budget against actual cost and report variances.
Evaluate sub-contractor quotations and variation claims.

Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or a quantity surveying qualification.
3+ years of QS experience in building construction.
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with estimation software is an advantage.
Careful, methodical and comfortable defending numbers.
