Ashraf Jalal Khan (Monon) is a distinguished legal professional and strategic leader whose extensive experience in corporate affairs, commercial law, banking, regulatory compliance, governance, and dispute resolution brings significant value to the leadership of STATIC BUILDTECH LIMITED.
He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and serves as the Head of Chamber at The Legal Ace – Law Firm, Dhaka.
With a professional career spanning complex commercial and legal matters, Mr. Khan has provided representation and strategic advisory to government ministries, statutory bodies, Bangladesh Bank, and leading commercial banks. His experience encompasses corporate governance, financial and banking law, regulatory affairs, commercial agreements, property matters, intellectual property, litigation, arbitration, and risk management.
His professional engagements include advising and representing prominent public-sector organizations, including RAJUK and the Ministry of Shipping, as well as providing regulatory and statutory guidance to Bangladesh Bank and other statutory bodies. He has also worked with leading commercial banks and financial institutions across Bangladesh.
His expertise extends to the drafting and review of construction contracts, implementation agreements, partnership agreements, shareholders' agreements, lease agreements, and other complex commercial instruments. His experience in due diligence, legal risk assessment, corporate compliance, and strategic advisory provides a strong foundation for responsible business leadership.
As Chairman of STATIC BUILDTECH LIMITED, Mr. Khan brings a leadership perspective grounded in integrity, accountability, sound governance, professional excellence, and long-term vision.
