This project is currently under construction. Civil works are progressing according to the approved architectural and structural designs, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely execution.
Site preparation, foundation and RCC structural works are progressing on programme. Columns, beams and slab casting are sequenced alongside brick and block masonry, with plumbing and electrical rough-ins coordinated ahead of plastering and waterproofing.
Façade and exterior finishing, together with external road and landscape development, complete the scope.
